The diagram above demonstrates how to build your own Eternal Life Rings. You can utilize ceramic or rare earth magnets. Ceramic magnets are available in all hardware stores.

Ceramic works well, but you can get higher-quality magnets from a scientific project specialist store. (Example: Edmund's Scientific.) Because it is an eternal life gadget, you should choose high-quality, powerful magnets to ensure your excellent health. Rare earth is slightly more expensive, but it is far more powerful than ceramic.

I recommend rare-earth magnets. To make the rings, use either plastic or plastic tape.

Do not use conductive material for the ring's brace since the metal will devour the magnetic flux of the magnet that is supposed to flow into your finger; the ring's brace should be non-conductive. If you prefer, you can purchase the rings from us. Our rings are professionally constructed and one-size-fits-all, with a plastic housing.

Keep an eye out for polarity.

If you put the rings on with the incorrect polarity, you could become ill within hours!

Use a compass to indicate the North and South poles if necessary. The North needle of a compass always points to the magnetic South pole.

If you are not handy or simply do not have the time, please feel free to purchase a set of life rings from me. My rings are one-size-fits-all plastic rings that require just minor adjustments. Our rings are professionally created. Of course, the rings' bracing is not conductive. They're quite comfy to wear and powerful. I exclusively use the highest-quality magnets in my devices.

Attention. So many people have emailed me to notify me that this compass diagram is incorrect. No, it is not wrong. The north needle of the compass points to the south pole of the magnet. In other words, the earth's south pole is a huge magnetic north pole. The north of the earth corresponds to the south of a magnet. Do not ask me why. This is exactly as it is written in textbooks.

Ingredients
  • You get 4 small magnets.
  • You get some plastic tape.
  • You get a scissor
  • You get a compass
  • You get some tipex or other white paint

Step 1: Marking the south pole of the magnets with a white line
For each magnet, do the following:
* Hold the magnet close enough to a compass, so that the north-arrow of the compass aims in the direction of the magnet. If the south-arrow aims at it, flip the magnet over.
* The side of the magnet, which the north-arrow of the compass is aiming at, must be painted with a white line. This white line marks the south-pole of the magnet.    (In fact the north-pole of the planet is the south-pole of the planet's big magnet, so this is correct.  Check: www.physics.mtsu.edu/~phys232/Lectures/L12L16/L17/Magnetic_Poles/magnetic_poles.html  for proof)

So, now you have 4 magnets, which all have a line on one side. Check if you did them all correctly by sticking the magnets together and check to see if the marks are all in the same direction.

Step 2: Pre-cut 4 slices of plastic tape

Step 3: Sticking the magnets to the small finger of your left hand:
South-Up, North-Down

* Put one magnet on top of your left-hand small finger, with the line marking facing upwards. While holding your hand in a horizontal position with your nails upwards.

* Take a piece of plastic tape and wrap it around the magnet and stick it to your finger.

* Put one magnet below your left-hand small finger, again with the line-marking facing upwards. Keep your hand in the same horizontal position with your nails upwards. The picture shows the line facing towards the skin, and showing the clear (north-pole) side of the magnet because the hand is turned over.

Take a piece of plastic tape and wrap it around the magnet and stick it to your finger.

Step 4: Sticking the magnets to the small finger of your right hand:
North-Up, South-Down

* Put one magnet on top of your right-hand small finger, with the line-marking facing *downwards*. While holding your hand in a horizontal position with your nails upwards.

* Take a piece of plastic tape wrap it around the magnet and stick it to your finger.

* Put one magnet below your right-hand small finger, again with the line-marking facing *downwards*. Keep your hand in the same horizontal position with your nails upwards.

* Take a piece of plastic tape and wrap it around the magnet and stick it to your finger.

Watch out
Make sure you tape the magnets stuck because they must not move during sleep. If a magnet flips over (north-south turns into south-north), there will be no healing or rejuvenation, perhaps even sickening. Use more pieces of tape if needed..

A tip to remember the right polarities
Your left hand first. left start with an l, which is in fact a line. So this means: left hand, the line faces upwards. Automatically this follows that the right hand has the line facing down.

Relax and feel the power flow
When you lie down and relax you will feel the tingling sensation in your finger and hand.. Women are more sensitive to this energy..

That's all there is to it..

Good luck,
